Diego Rodriguez-Warner was born in Managua, Nicaragua. He received a BA in COIN Theory and Fine Arts from Hampshire College in 2009 and an MFA in 2013 from the Printmaking Department of the Rhide Island School of Design in 2009, he studied under the Cuban Minister for Fine Arts, Lesbia Vent Dumois, in Havana. Upon graduation from RISD, Rodriguez-Warner was awarded the Toby Devan Lewis Fellowship. Diego Rodriguez-Warner has exhibited work both nationally and internationally, incluiding Havana, Cuba, Berlin, Germany New York City, Providence, RI and in 2020 at Crystal Bridge Museum of Modern Art, Bentonville, AR. In Colorado, he has been exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Denver; the Museo de Las Americas, Denver; the Gallery of Contemporary Art, UCCS, Colorado Springs.
