How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you provide your email address when placing an order, we will send you a message confirming your order within 24 hours. Your products shall arrive within 1-2 weeks after your payment is registered.
How do I track the status of my order?
Your order becomes available for online status-tracking 24 hours after it is placed. You can track your order status online by visiting the “Order Tracking” page. You’ll need your order number and billing ZIP code to use this service. Alternatively, you can call +52 (55) 7158 6815 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. (GTM-5) and ask us to check your order status. What should I do if the artwork arrives damaged?
Remember that in case the merchandise is damaged, it is important to keep all product packaging (double corrugated box, polystyrene cornerbacks, big bubble plastic (5-7 mm thick), double box, custom tape, certified safety boxes, papers, etc.), certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.
If you note that the pieces are damaged, please do not proceed with the unwrapping process and contact us immediately.
